The cuisine, varied and cared for in every detail by our historic chef, offers dishes of meat, fish and vegetables. All accompanied, by a large buffet of hot and cold starters, vegetables and fresh fruit for lunch and dinner. Fish from the Adriatic sea every day. And for lovers of dessert, a special buffet dedicated exclusively to desserts with cakes, parfaits, sorbets, ice cream and other homemade delicacies.
Breakfast is buffet with a wide selection of tasty jams, homemade cakes, various cold cuts, cereals, and fruit juices, yogurt, cheese and brioches. The Romagna cuisine of Bellaria is rich in dishes and recipes born from the maritime and peasant traditions. Romagna offers a cuisine based on simple and tasty ingredients. The first courses based on homemade puff pastry are characteristic.
Our most famous specialty is the Piadina Romagnola, a flatbread made with flour, pork lard, water and salt, rolled out on a cutting board and baked on a terracotta pan. Hotel Maré offers an impeccable All Inclusive holiday. This includes the Full Board plus beach service with sun beds and beach umbrella, and drinks at meals
